The center's mission is to improve the health and well-being of diverse populations in the Boston area by providing exceptional, comprehensive, integrated health services. Practice opportunity Provide services for the underinsured, underserved, and economically disadvantaged Recognized as a Level 2 Patient-Centered Medical Home Health center averages more than 26,000 annual visits Spanish fluency is desirable; however not required MGMA-base salary plus production bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Community/Location Located in a southwest Boston district with parks, a wildlife sanctuary, diverse eateries, and a branch of the Boston public library. Neponset River Trail is prime for cycling and walking. Public transportation includes local MBTA train stops and trolley services.
