Position Responsibilities : Responsible for intake and orientation for new PCA referrals and determining eligibility; carry a caseload of consumers who are enrolled in the PCA Program. Qualifications: •Minimum of an High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred •Bilingual in Spanish or Khmer preferred•Detail oriented•The ability to appropriately handle confidential and personal information•Proficient computer skills•Strong writing and communication skills •Reliable transportation and a valid driver license to make visits throughout the GLSS service area Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)*GLSS is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
