Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor Interpret lung and Heart Sounds Care of patients with CVA or Head Injuries, Dementia, Oxygen, Pacemaker, Foleys, Peg Tube, and mental disabilities Delivers compassionate nursing care while achieving resident/family satisfaction and positive clinical outcomes. Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders. Aid physicians and nursing staff members with procedures if needed.
