Summary: In cooperation with the Marketing Manager, responsible for supporting the Payments department, working closely with Product Initiative and Sales Support to optimize the product communication strategy. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Licenses/Certifications: None. Experience: Three years of related experience, in a financial institution preferred. Proven experience in the promotion of products/services. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Essential Functions: A: Job Specific: Completes product, competitor and industry research, providing weekly updates to the payments team. Develops client-facing communications (emails, push notifications, etc.), working closely with partners across the Sutton Bank and Payments landscape. Produces, optimizes, and updates collateral, FAQ's, and other marketing documentation for the Sutton payments department. Develops content (Web, print, PPT and other) that best conveys key messages and meets business goals of organization. Develops and manages content to the organization's current and future social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging networks). Maintains database of responses for Requests for Proposals (RFP's). Assists with writing/producing documentation for internal communication and project tracking. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: The ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in verbal and written communications. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of the business area that is being supported. Self-directed and motivated. The ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
