Description:We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Registration Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clinic, the Patient Registration Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience. You will be required to greet customers, register patients, and collect payments. In addition, the Patient Registration Specialist will be responsible for verifying insurance eligibility and answering incoming calls. This position will float between our various office locations in the Columbus, Ohio area. Responsibilities: * Update all patient demographics at each visit* Schedule, reschedule and confirm patient appointments* Scan documents in to EHR, as needed* Collect and post copayments and payments for non-covered items sold* Verify referrals are in place for patientsWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. This position will float between our various office locations in the Columbus, Ohio area.
