Seeking a full time Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk associate to join our veterinary neurology practice in Towson. We take great pride and satisfaction in providing high quality medicine and surgery to our patients and exceptional personalized service to our clients.We utilize all of team member's professional skills including team interaction, communication, telephone skills, and financial transactions. Communicating with referring practices as well as clients are primary roles of this position.Computer skills are a basic requirement, as well as a shining personality. We are a fast paced referral veterinary office where multi-tasking and organizational skills are integral for this position. Previous veterinary office experience is preferred but not required. EzyVet experience is preferred but not required.Some evenings are required of this position. You must be a people person.A background check and pre-employment drug testing are required of all applicants. Full time benefits include pet care discounts, health insurance, dental/vision, paid personal time and holidays, and uniforms. Competitive salary is based on skills and experience.
