The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent degree/background. Strong writing and communication skills are essential for this role. Experience in semiconductor, circuit, medical imaging, and/or USPTO matters is considered advantageous. Duties:Assist attorneys in patent prosecution activities, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications.Conduct prior art searches and assist in providing patentability and infringement opinions.Communicate with clients to understand their inventions and assist in developing patent strategies.Prepare and file responses to office actions from the USPTO.Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and attorneys to understand technical aspects of inventions.Conduct interviews with patent examiners to advance patent applications.Provide technical and legal support on patent-related matters to attorneys and clients.Assist with patent portfolio management and maintenance tasks. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in patent prosecution.Strong writing and communication skills.Experience in semiconductor, circuit, medical imaging, and/or USPTO matters is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Education:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Certifications:USPTO Registration as a Patent Agent.
