Candidates with expertise in networking, software, 3G/4G/5G wireless networks, or similar technologies are preferred. Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is required, and bar licensure in California is a plus.Job Duties:Draft patent applications and responses to office actions.Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analyses.Collaborate with inventors, attorneys, and other stakeholders to develop patent strategies.Assist in patent portfolio management and maintenance.Provide technical and legal support in patent litigation matters.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.2-6 years of legal experience, focusing on intellectual property law.Experience in drafting patent applications and prosecuting patents.Proficiency in conducting patent searches and analyses.Admission to the USPTO.Education and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Skills:Strong understanding of patent law and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
