The Party Host Manager organizes all aspects of birthday parties including contacting interested individuals, building reservations on Centeredge, and scheduling staff. This individual reports to the General Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate creative and entertaining birthday parties. Schedule, coordinate and manage birthday party requests. Create a fun and enthusiastic environment for all guests. Organize and implement birthday activities. Supervise and schedule party staff. Maintain reservations and prepare reports. Oversee/provide clean up following parties. Ensure that party sheets are completed both accurately and on time. Sources, orders, and maintains inventory of party supplies. Maintains open communications with management of scheduled events. Develop and implement post-party follow up and referral process. Assists and supports front desk staff on all birthday related questions/concerns. Operates Point of Sale (POS) system including deposits and party transactions. Support sales and marketing plans in collaboration with support center team. Maintain a safe and secure facility for all park guests. Provides or performs other services or duties as required by management. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in party planning or booking events is a plus. Degree in management is a plus. Family Entertainment or amusement park background is a plus. Workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be very organized, detailed oriented, and a strong communicator. Professional, "Altitude" attitude and work ethic. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
