CT Power a W.W. Williams Company is seeking a Parts Warehouse/Counter Person for our high volume parts department located in Phoenix, AZ . Responsibilities of this role includes providing customer service with parts to maintain and repair equipment for the service department and handles walk-in and telephone parts sales. This is a career opportunity has potential for advancement. JOB DUTIES: Procures parts per service department and customer requests. Ensures parts are recorded accurately on work orders through the service department. Maintains parts inventory and ensures the accurate recording of all parts-related paperwork. Ability to follow-through on special orders to ensure correct parts available for jobs. Maintains the cleanliness of and stocking of the parts warehouse. Follow all company Policies and procedures. Show up on time for shifts. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with coworkers, customers and management. Basic Computer skills. Ability to carry parts of various weights, climbing ladders to place or retrieve parts. Forklift experience a plus (but not required) Basic knowledge of warehouse environment a plus (but not required). Quick study; willing to learn and ask questions. Reliable and honest. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
