Crown Lift Trucks is opening a new location in the Phoenix, AZ area and is seeking qualified candidates for multiple positions. PARTS SUPERVISOR Job Responsibilities: Conduct meetings with parts personnel to coordinate activities Set and review parts inventory levels, monitor overstocked and understocked parts, and assist with periodic return of overstocked items to corporate office May oversee parts fleet vehicle maintenance May review and approve vendor invoices Conduct and participate in parts strategy meetings, including assisting with account strategy Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers at end user locations, participate in product demonstrations, and address customer service issues Select, train, develop, and counsel direct reports Assist manager with budget preparation Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and good driving record Preferred qualifications include associate degree and five to seven years of experience in parts distribution, inventory control, warehouse management, lift truck industry, or automotive industry Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
