About the Position: Reporting to the Partner Support Manager, the Partner Support Representative II provides support and business services to strategic business partners, including Outside Sales Agents in soliciting and retaining merchant customers. Entering data, including, without limitation, new applications, pending items, etc. into Company’s systems. Handling incoming calls from partners and working directly with external and internal personnel to resolve any issues which may arise within the relationship. Managing and maintaining Company’s Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) systems. Communicating essential information to partners and maintaining appropriate business etiquette throughout interactions with partners. Relaying essential technical information internally and externally, including, without limitation, proper use of Company’s systems, promotional offerings, and application packaging. Navigating multiple computer system interfaces to key application information into the Company’s systems accurately and in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree a plus. 2-3 years of experience in merchant services, specific to partner support/partner relations. Proficiency with Microsoft products including Microsoft Excel Green screen knowledge a plus. Fluently speak, read, and write in English and Spanish. Works on-site at Maverick’s Calabasas location.
