Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Partner Account Manager to nurture and grow our strategic partnerships. Your focus will be on ensuring partner satisfaction, supporting sales efforts, and maximizing the value of our partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand partner needs and work collaboratively to support their success with Peerlogic's solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to provide partners with marketing materials, product training, and sales support. Monitor partner performance, working to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Gather partner feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in account management, ideally with a focus on partner or channel relationships. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Familiarity with the healthcare or technology industries is a plus. Why Join Us?
