Provide excellent and professional customer service. Process both business and individual banking transactions. Manage a cash drawer with high degree of accuracy. Follow proper policies and procedures. Maintain and promote customer relationships. Process customer transactions to include deposits, loan payments, checking/savings withdrawals and cashing checks in either the bank lobby or drive-thru windows. Maintain an adequate cash drawer at all times, to include buying and selling currency to/from the branch vault as needed. Perform regulatory functions for those transactions which require them, such as Reg CC and BSA forms Responsible for accurate daily balancing of a cash drawer Sell Cashier Checks, Money Orders and Official Bank Checks. Redeem Savings Bonds and process Cash Advances. Assist customers in accessing safety deposit boxes. Provide customer service that builds customer relationships, cross-sell bank products/services and assist customers with problem resolution. May be required to cross-train as a Personal Banker and perform associated duties. Comply with all departmental and company policies, procedures and regulations. Other duties as assigned.
