Part Time Suppport Worker Magdalene Court, Glastonbury GBP 11.52 25 hours per week : 4 days per week on a 3 week rolling rota to include some Saturdays Do you want a role where no two days are the same and you will be making a real impact to the lives of our customers? Do you have a passion for supporting people? Can you work under pressure and manage challenging situations? If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to be based at Magdalene Court in Glastonbury to make a real difference to the lives of our customers across a number of housing sites in Somerset. Somerset Intensive Housing Management Services provide intensive housing management support to adults aged 25 : 65 who have experienced homelessness. The scheme consists of self: contained, single: occupancy, flats across six sites where our dedicated team support our clients to manage their tenancies and work towards moving on to live independently. We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary has their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all. The position of Support Worker is referred to internally at Sanctuary, as Project Worker.
