Job brief: As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. The ideal part-time receptionist candidate will be professional, friendly, organized and able to stay on task. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is strongly desired. Job duties: Answering phones Cashier work Light filing Light Computer work Hours: Two week Nights (TBD) 5 PM - 9 PM Alternate Saturday's 9 AM - 6 PM Responsibilities: Greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing customers appropriately Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed Work the service night box by getting customers to fill out all needed forms for drop off Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access Creating receipts for customers and adding the transaction to the Credit Card Transaction excel sheet Cashing out service and parts customers and adding transaction to the Cash Sales excel sheet Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing by alphabetical order by last name or by business name or by ascending RO number, photocopying, collating, faxing etc. Requirements: Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel Professional appearance Solid communication skills both written and verbal Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
