Kimberton Whole Foods is looking for a part-time Produce Team Member to join the Downingtown team! Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week. Availability: One weekend shift is required each week. Current open shifts for this position are the following days and times: Sundays 7:00am-1:00pm Tuesdays 7:00am-1:00pm Thursdays 3:30pm-8:30pm Saturdays 12:00pm-8:30pm Age Requirement: Must be 16 years or older. Location: Downingtown Kimberton Whole Foods Address: 150 E Pennsylvania Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335 Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount and a 401K with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked. Hourly Pay: $14.00-15.00 an hour Daily Operations: Provide exceptional customer service to all. Receiving and stocking all incoming fresh produce and related items. Rotating fresh produce on a first-in first-out basis. Working in collaboration with the Produce Department head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the entire department. Follows the established KWF SOP for maintaining abundant, dynamic and fresh displays throughout the entire department. Understands KWF inventory management practices. Key Attributes: Good communication skills. Motivated to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced work environment. Able to be on your feet for 8 hours. Able to lift, grip and carry objects up to 50-75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools and other products.
