PT or FT MAINTENANCE REPAIR WORKERPart-Time or Full-time Geauga Job and Family Services position to assist in performing general maintenance of the building’s interior and exterior and fleet of county vehicles. Responsible for general semi-skilled maintenance and repairs; janitorial duties; snow removal and de-icing; cleaning and fueling vehicles, painting; assembling/relocating furniture. Includes the use of various hand/power tools. 1-year general maintenance experience and ability to perform physical labor required. Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a pre-employment drug screening and FBI/BCI background check. Base rate $11.27/hour commensurate with qualifications and experience. Paid vacation and sick leave, 10 paid holidays, (Full-time employees eligible for nocost life insurance coverage, excellent rates on medical, dental, and prescription coverage). EOE.
