Information Network Associates, Inc., a premiere investigative, security and risk management solutions provider headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced investigatory professional to join our team as a part-time investigator. This position will be responsible to obtain photographic and/or video documentation based on case specific requirements using stationary as well as mobile surveillance in a variety of environments. The position will take observed information and create written reports of findings. Essential requirements of the position include, but are not limited to, locating, gathering, and recording evidence in a discreet and legal manner, including photographic and/or video documentation, based on specific case requirements, as well as packaging photographic and/or video documentation at the conclusion of each detail. Documentation is then submitted to the appropriate staff member. The right candidate will have excellent interviewing skills; the ability to review and analyze documents; and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with individuals in an array of contexts. Investigators will have significant writing responsibilities, including comprehensive reports of client and witness interviews. The Investigator will also be responsible to: Conduct complex investigations to include interview of individuals. Create concise and accurate reports that contain findings. Collect, evaluate, and develop evidence in a timely manner for INA staff members to prepare required documents for presentation, and recommendation to the client. Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing with INA staff, clients, and attorneys. This Position Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction Requirements: Flexibility to work varied/irregular hours and days including weekends and holidays Valid state issued driver's License Dependable vehicle with current auto insurance Ability to write accurate and detailed reports Strong initiative, integrity, and work ethic Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook email Experience: The ideal candidate will possess a h igh school diploma or GED and one to three years law enforcement, military, or private investigator experience; or any combination of skills, knowledge and experience. Additional Information : Work Hours vary by assignment Starting as a part-time position with potential to transition into a full-time position Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience and availability.
