Receptionist Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking a high energy and welcoming receptionist to join the team and greet our customers. Summary: We are seeking someone Part Time for M,T,W 10AM-6PM with proven customer service experience who is comfortable positively welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the dealership. Other duties and responsibilities are to ensure all administrative tasks are executed to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Assist management team with daily responsibilities. Coordinate meetings and scheduling for interdepartmental projects. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as: filing, photocopying, and faxing.
