General Job Requirements: All employees of the Charles Lea Center are required to follow all agency policies and procedures and comply with all required initial and ongoing training requirements. In addition, all employees are expected to follow the Code of Conduct, and the mission of The Charles Lea as well as meet the basic expectations of the job that include the following: Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with others Behaves in a professional and ethical manner that is open and honest Provides excellent customers service towards co-workers, and individuals who receive services Is flexible and open to change Works effectively as part of a team Responds to issues and concerns from stakeholders and co-workers quickly and proactively Displays positive friendly interactions with co-workers, families and individuals served Provides constructive feedback and suggestions to improve the quality of services and operations at Charles Lea Behaves in a manner that is caring and supportive of individuals receiving services and co-workers. Does what it takes to support the individual in the best way possible Essential Duties: Transports individuals to and from Day/Employment programs before, after, and during designated program hours Monday - Friday Completes Daily Vehicle Inspection Form prior to operating vehicle to ensure safe conditions to drive and transport Ensures vehicle is inspected monthly by mechanic Reports any vehicle operational concerns to the Operations Manager and the Mechanic to ensure timely repair Corresponds with Operations Manager to ensure customer concerns are communicated timely and managed effectively Ensures completion of documentation in Therap when necessary to report parental concerns, individuals' behaviors, or other incidents that require documentation Submits all daily and monthly documentation to Operations Manager on Tuesday of each week Completes all daily punches, PTO requests, and time change requests on Kronos Always maintains vehicle cleanliness Ensures all First Aid Kits are submitted monthly for review and resupply as needed Ensures all vehicle safety operations manuals are always present within vehicle Ensures vehicle contains a services Fire Extinguisher that is properly mounted at all times Any other duties as specified by the Operations Manager
