We offer one-on-one care to the elderly across Tarrant County. Our Caregivers provide BOTH companion care and personal care; they are not only reliable, dependable and honest, but also compassionate and caring. We seek to "Elevate the Human Spirit." Successful candidates are professional and positive. We looking to bring on part-time Caregivers for a range of shift lengths and days of the week; we always need weekend help. This a great second job! CAREGIVER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Providing companionship and conversation Assisting with ADLS - personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing Planning and preparing meals Providing medication reminders Providing transportation to and from dr. appointments, church services Documentation of diet, activity, sleep, and changes in condition MIN. QUALIFICATIONS Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect Ability to interpret & deliver on the the client's provided plan of care Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Smart phone Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations Tolerance to small pets (i.e. dogs and/or cats) Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs Prior experience with dementia patients and within senior care, a must!
