This part-time role involves managing a caseload and neurofeedback services through primarily in-person sessions with some telehealth options. We offer: • Competitive compensation based on experience• Clinical guidance to support licensure attainment• A relaxed environment for delivering treatment• Marketing efforts to attract targeted clients for consistent referrals• Administrative support for scheduling, calls, billing, and credentialing• Flexible scheduling options• Dedication to job satisfaction and professional development Responsibilities:• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions treating trauma-related issues• Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients undergoing neurofeedback treatment• Perform intake assessments for individuals seeking neurofeedback therapy• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals managing PTSD, depression, and anxiety• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation• Engage in clinical consultations and participate in Neurofeedback clinical rounds and educational training sessions• Develop expertise in combining neurofeedback with EMDR and other therapeutic modalities• Demonstrate punctuality, consistency, and strong organizational skills Qualifications:• Must possess an Associate-level license in psychotherapy in the state of Connecticut, such as LMSW or LPCA• Required to have training in EMDR or other trauma-focused therapies, or agree to receive training• Must adhere to ethical standards in the field• Must possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written• Should be familiar with utilizing an Electronic Health Record, and be capable of documenting quickly• Demonstrated commitment to working in a collaborative team• Open to developing and expanding their clinical practice• Must demonstrate the ability to accommodate changing clinical requirements• Available to work later afternoons, early evenings and Saturdays Compensation: $30 per hour About Company: The Center for NeuroPotential empowers motivated people to heal, grow, and reach their potential using assessments and treatments that are evidence-based, brain-based, and holistic.
