Summary Toad Hill Montessori, Inc. is continuing to grow! We are expanding and looking for additional support. We are currently accepting resumes from Part-Time After School Assistants for Elementary (Ages 6-12) classroom at our Blooming Grove Montessori location . We are pre-approved by Dane County to continue to expand our campus as our dedicated team and enrollment increases. We are a nature based Montessori program nestled on 15 acres on the far east-side of Madison. Candidate must have experience working with children. Blooming Grove Full time Elementary Assistant: ($15.00-$20.00 per hour. Approximately 10-15 hours per week Monday-Friday 2:15 pm- 5:15 pm ) Duties This is an After School assistant position that requires at least 1 year of experience in an early childhood setting with children between the age of 6 and 12 years. Must have a Registry Certificate, current CPR certification, SIDS, SBS and completed coursework in child development. Duties include direct care of children and classroom cleaning including: assisting children with lunch, rest time, snacks and after school activities, and cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, toys, and dishes, used by children. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
