Responsibilities: Painting and Striping: Utilize specialized equipment and materials to accurately paint and stripe parking lots according to layout designs and specifications. Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, and repairing cracks or potholes to ensure optimal adhesion and longevity of paint. Traffic Control: Implement proper traffic control measures to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles during painting operations. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met, including precise line widths, uniformity, and adherence to regulations. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment and tools to ensure proper functionality and safety. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to coordinate tasks effectively and complete projects within established timelines. Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and environmental standards to promote a safe and sustainable work environment. Requirements: Experience: No experience in parking lot painting, striping, or similar field preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when measuring and painting lines. Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a commitment to completing assigned tasks efficiently and effectively. Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Availability: Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as needed during the peak season.
