Job Summary We are seeking the ideal candidate to join our EMS team as a Paramedic here at Pro Safety & Rescue. This is a great opportunity reserved for a dedicated individual who can make a difference. The ideal candidate will have several years of EMS experience. Field Responsibilities Responds to emergency medical situations Provides direct patient care, including medical evaluation, treatment, and stabilization. Maintains scene control and manages patient care during a pre-hospital emergency. Acts as a patient advocate to ensure compassionate and clinically sound care is provided. Stays up to date with treatment protocols, response requirements, and quality assurance procedures. Complies with all state and company requirements when operating company vehicles. Ensures the ambulance remains in a state of readiness regarding mechanical reliability, medical supply, equipment, cleanliness, and appearance standards. Completes all appropriate documentation as outlined in company policy. Reports all problems and unusual occurrences immediately to the EMS Program Director Maintains a professional appearance by adhering to hygiene and uniform standards. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Eligibility Qualifications Valid California Paramedic License (NREMT is a Plus) 5 years experience in an ALS or BLS setting (Preferred) Valid Class C California Drivers License Valid First Aid/CPR Required (ACLS, PALS preferred) High School Diploma 24hr Availability Compensation Based upon experience and certifications Performance pay available Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Generous 401K Tuition forgiveness Job Posted by ApplicantPro
