Paralegals and Legal Assistants: Law Offices of Taihe Wang; San Gabriel, CA: Translate nec legal docs, orally or in writing; Prep legal drafts by assembling & organizing info for legal forms & docs, incl complaints, declarations, discovery requests, responses, & other pleadings; Maintain immigration files & contact w/ clients to obtain nec docs for filing; Assist attorneys w/ initial client meetings & interviews; Maintain calendar by entering & updating reqs, court dates, & meetings; All other support for immigration cases. Display problem solving skills by developing methods or approaches to getting the work done. Reqs a Master in Law & superior written & oral commun skills; exc interpersonal skills to communicate w/ court personnel, attorneys & their staff, clients, & witnesses; Ability to manage time & multitask effectively.
