Small Downtown Dallas Law Office seeking a legal assistant/paralegal - Writing and proofreading skills - Experience maintaining calendar of events and deadlines in litigation matters required - Experience drafting documents consistent with tasks handled by legal assistants/paralegals - Experience filing and serving documents - Ability to work well with limited supervision - Experience assisting with trial preparation and assisting attorney in trial preferred - Experience coordinating with expert and fact witnesses in connection with discovery, depositions, trial preparation and trial attendance preferred - Experience keeping track of time spent on work done preferred but not required - Compensation based on experience Employment Type: Full Time Bonus/Commission: No
