The Mike Morse Law Firm is hiring Paralegals. Prior experience with 1st and 3rd party no-fault and /or litigation is perferred, but not essential . Scope and Purpose of Role To manage a docket of pre-litigation personal injury files at the direction of supervising attorney and provide support on litigation files as needed. Primary point of client contact during pre-litigation phase Establishing Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claim on behalf of client Submitting and obtaining no-fault PIP benefits for Client Acting as a liaison between client and insurance carriers prior to the commencement of litigation Obtaining information necessary to evaluate Bodily Injury claims Create and maintain internal database Collecting and reviewing medical records and billing Preparing settlement demand packages Reviewing files with supervising attorney Experience: 1-2 years' experience as a Paralegal (similar experience in a related industry will be considered) Auto injury experience and/or customer service experience is a plus
