Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.• Electronic filing of claims and appeals• Handle correspondence with claimants, medical offices, and agencies• Extensive phone contact with agencies, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies• Review incoming mail• Prepare case for hearings• Assist attorneys with post-hearing follow up• Other duties as assigned Qualifications:• Strong knowledge of PC applications, Windows, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Exceptional phone etiquette and comfortable speaking on the phone• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to multi-task Preferred Experience • Workers’ Compensation experience preferred• Paralegal experience preferred Compensation: $37,500 - $45,000 yearly About Company: Established in 1994, Harding Mazzotti, LLP is a law firm dedicated solely to the representation of injured persons with an emphasis on providing each client with an exemplary level of service.
