CH Thompson is hiring for a Painter/Powder Coater - 1st shift!ABOUT THE JOB:Application of paint products in accordance with customer and QMS specifications/requirementsFollow and understand standard work, training guides, procedures, and acceptance criteria to meet customer requirementsAble to use industrial paint equipment and various hand toolsMaintain and clean spray guns and related equipmentReport inconsistencies and/or defects in material, product, or equipmentMaintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you collaborate with customers, clients, co-workers, and managementHelp the company meet its Quality & Safety objectivesOther duties may also be assignedSCHEDULE:Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pmMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Prior industrial painting and/or powder coating experience requiredAttention to detailAbility to communicate with co-workers and supervisorsAbility to multitask and prioritizeWilling to work overtime, when neededBENEFITS SUMMARY:Paid weeklyHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k Plan401k MatchPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffCompany Paid Life Insurance PolicyAbout Us:C.H.
