Greater Lynn Senior Services, Inc has a great opportunity for a hands-on experience that would be ideal for a Math, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or Social Work major! Summary The Business Intern will provide support for Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives and projects. You will become familiar with the Agency's record management system and survey software to assist with the implementation, data collection and analysis of consumers or staff surveys. Additional opportunities may involve presentation of the findings, preparing notes for project meetings, gathering and analyzing data for new or ongoing projects, and other reasonably related business duties as assigned. Qualifications: *Must have strong analytical skills*Strong organizational and writing skills*Attention to detail and accuracy*Bilingual in Spanish or Russian is a plus*Proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint is a plus!*Must be able to work with others but also be able to work independently Hours: 20 hours per week - May 2023 through August 2023*GLSS is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
