Responsible for packing, stacking and palletizing goods into correct containers and preparing for shipment using various equipment, according to instructions provided.1) Keep finished goods clean and prepare to pack.2) Check to ensure containers are damage free, clean and prepare containers for packing.4) Pack finished goods into unit package following a specific set of instructions provided.5) Verify label content accuracy before applying to any container or package.6) Seal and label each container or package according to instructions.7) Stack finished goods in containers or pallets following package specification.8) Move completed packages for loading as needed. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Experience Required: Min 2 year in a manufacturing environment Education Required: High School or equivalent Skills/Competencies: Good Communicator and organizational skills Supervisory Responsibilities: Y ( ) N (X) Direct ( ) Indirect ( ) Work Environment: Shipping Area, will visit the loading dock periodically Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, bend, crawl, kneel and frequently lift and/or move items up to 50lbs.
