Job Description What does a Delivery Driver Do? Work as a team to deliver online ordered packages. Follow all driving rules and safety practices. Conduct inspection of the vehicle before departing to deliver packages. Load packages onto cargo vans according to the company's specifications. Deliver packages to customers on assigned routes in Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, or similar. Maintain ongoing communication with Team Lead and dispatcher. Use a hand-held smartphone device to deliver packages. Skills and requirements: Must be 21 years old or older . 100% RELIABLE; report to Work on Time. Exceptional Team Player; Customer Focused. Ability to pass company driving test, criminal history/background check, and drug test. Able to lift up to 50 lbs (seldom). Perform a minimum of 20 stops per hour; avg 3 min/stop. Strong customer service skills. Must possess a positive and professional attitude. Work schedule: Start time: 09:15 am. Weekly Paycheck (including performance bonus pay) Home every day. Overtime after 40 hours (time and a half). Full time: Four, 10 hour days ( must be willing to work at least one weekend day as a part of a normal shift).
