This is a temporary role starting immediately covering a short-term gap within the team. This will be an initial temporary contract of 2 months but has potential to extend. Paying up to £160 per day PAYE working 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday on-site. Based in West London, we are looking for someone who lives locally or can travel to Chiswick with ease with it being on-site 5 days per week. They have limited parking operating on a booking system so a space every day is no guarantee. The offices are a short walk from Gunnersbury Station or there is local parking at £5 per day. This is a fantastic company with a brilliant culture, and we are looking for someone positive with a can-do attitude to come and offer immediate support to the Head of R&D and the wider team. You will need to be a calm individual that can cope with highly active and ever changing diaries and be able to juggle and manage ever changing priorities. The successful PA MUST have the following: Experience in supporting at VP/Board level; Demonstrable experience of providing a high level of support; Extensive diary management; Previous experience booking global travel; Experience processing expenses; Self-motivated, highly flexible, be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
