Since its inception in 2014 under the current executive team, the Millennium Print Group has assembled a dedicated and highly talented staff of print professionals and has built a world-class organization that is customer focused, market-competitive, and quality driven. Our unique ability offers a variety of services specializing in trading specialties and collectible cards. Since 2019, MPG has nearly tripled in size. Currently, MPG is seeking to hire a Red Night Shift Overwrap Supervisor for the 2910 Weck Drive facility . If you possess the required skills and experience as outlined below, please submit your resume for consideration. Position Responsibilities: Assign line leads and support personnel to overwrap lines Assign temp associates to overwrap lines Read and understand job tickets Work with managers in coordination of uninterrupted production flow Provide support and accountability to all personnel Individually follow and promote all safety policies and procedures Ensure that production and efficiency goals are met or exceeded Contribute to the growth and development of line leaders Position Qualifications: Requires High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years related experience in a supervisory role in a printing, manufacturing, or similar environment. Familiarity with Overwrapping Process and Equipment Highly Desired Ability to analyze, problem solve, and drive results with minimal supervision. Possesses mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
