OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY:The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing strategies for our Retail, Mortgage, Wealth Management, and/or Insurance departments. This role collaborates with multiple teams to foster growth and ensure a professional and positive member experience within our branding guidelines. Salaray range for this position is $79,173.90- $105,966.64/YR with a progressive benefit package. ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs essential duties and responsibilities in the following areas which may include but arenot limited to those listed and are subject to change. 1. Adheres to the Credit Union's core values and Service Standards in conducting GreenState's mission and vision.2. Demonstrates a positive member service (internal and external) focus at all times.3. Demonstrates teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and in the completion of all duties and responsibilities.4. Supports a diverse and inclusive environment.5. Ensures confidentiality of member information.6. Collaborates with internal business units (Retail, Mortgage, Wealth Management, Trust Services, Insurance, Commercial) to develop and execute growth & retention strategies. 7. Assists in the creation of marketing collateral and communications including design, copywriting, and execution. 8. Partners with the Communications Director and Salesforce Teams to implement drip campaigns (Salesforce journeys). 9. Responsible for relevant website content, digital ads, videos, newsletter blurbs, social media posts, event planning and promotional giveaway ordering as well as new employee onboarding for these teams. 10. Ensures the integrity of GreenState branding in all external advertising and communications.11. Conducts marketing and demographic research, target marketing, and reporting with the Credit Union's MCIF system, CRM, and/or other platforms, as necessary. Pulls mail and calls lists as needed.12. Measures results and effectiveness of the Credit Union's marketing efforts and reports to the Vice President/Marketing Director. QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or business and two years of work experience. 2. Experience with writing professional communications3. Ability to coordinate and prioritize large, detailed project requirements and schedules. Will be required to oversee and lead multiple projects at once.4. Detailed oriented with a high level of scanning for accuracy along with special emphasis on proof reading and layout review.5. Strong people skills required for internal and external Credit Union communications.6. Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs, including the Microsoft Office application suite.7. Ability, availability and willingness to work additional hours as demanded by the workload and the credit union's rapidly changing competitive environment.8. Support diverse and inclusive work environment.9. Must be bondable. PI233352418
