Overview:As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our future by attracting and hiring the best talent for Workiva's Go-To-Market (GTM) Talent Acquisition Consultant is a trusted partner to our hiring leaders, and an ongoing talent ambassador for Workiva. Through an innovative approach, this person implements interview best practices, champions Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.What You'll Do:Attract Top Talent: Develop and deliver innovative recruitment strategies to attract professionals across the GTM and operational functions. Engage with new and existing partners to enhance the Workiva brand, fostering a strong external network.Search Strategy: Define, refine, and execute effective search strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.Best Practices: Apply best practices and foster innovation by actively monitoring market trends, leveraging data insights, and engaging in effective communication with peers and leaders. Contribute to elevation projects within the Talent Acquisition organization.DEIB: Leverage your knowledge to drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in all aspects of the hiring process. Be a champion for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.What You'll Need:Minimum Qualifications:2+ years of progressive recruitment experienceB.A./B.S. or equivalent preferred or appropriate combination of applicable skills, expertise, experience, and education requiredPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated understanding and dedicated commitment to DEIB principles, with the ability to leverage these values to shape and foster an inclusive hiring process.Experience working within a corporate recruiting environmentFamiliarity with Workday and/or similar applicant tracking systems.Experience implementing interviewing best practices.Knowledge of emerging trends in technology and talent acquisition.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.Working Conditions & Physical RequirementsLess than 15% travel is requiredReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.#LI-REMOTEHow You'll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US:$61,000.00 - $104,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
