Job DescriptionJob Duties & Responsibility * Follow all company policies and procedures. * Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional. * Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. * Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. * Anticipate and address member/guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. * Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. * Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. * Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. * Be knowledgeable of the club services, features, upcoming events, and specials. * Performing light maintenance projects as needed. * Maintaining the established cleanliness standards of the locker room and clubhouse by performing housekeeping functions such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and other vital housekeeping functions. * Check and maintain adequate levels of supplies and materials in the locker room and clubhouse. * Conduct duties such as, but not limited to check-in guests, answering general inquiry calls, and assisting with guest requests. * Responsible for conducting patrols of the building and property and reporting suspicious activities, suspicious persons, unsafe conditions or hazards, and/or other emergency situations. * Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance; additionally, stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. * Perform other reasonable job duties as requested when assigned by supervisor/manager.
