You will represent our company and interact with customers every day in all of our service areas, so you must be able to provide top-notch service. For this job, you need to know how to use power tools and have a basic understanding of how electrical systems work. If this sounds like a fantastic opportunity, apply right away! Responsibilities: • Utilize our software for notes, generating quotes, and invoicing• Attend company meetings and follow company processes• Arrive at appointments within the window provided to the client• Inspect and accurately diagnose issues with current system and present options to customer Qualifications: • Competent in the use of both power tools and hand tools• You must have excellent customer service skills for this position• High school diploma or GED required• Good understanding with the wiring and connections used in electrical systems• Ability to use a measuring tape, as well as proficiency in math and problem-solving, are essential Compensation: $52,000 - $70,000+ yearly About Company: J.A.G. & Sons is actively involved and respected by the garage door industry.
