Overhead Garage Door Installer

Description:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and skilled professional to be our next residential garage door installer. You will be responsible for visiting homes and businesses, measuring and installing a variety of garage doors and operators per manufacturer specifications. The ideal candidate will be able to install, troubleshoot, and finish trim work. We need someone who makes it a priority to provide excellent service to our customers. You must be a strong problem solver and communicator, and be able to work with a team. Verifiable garage door experience is preferred. If this describes you, apply now! Responsibilities: • Before starting the project, make sure you have read the instructions for all of the products to be installed• Keep a list of completed projects and the materials utilized, and add to the database• Move, lift, and transport heavy objects overhead with the assistance of team members• Communicate with clients on how to properly use and maintain their new equipment• Follow all applicable policies, codes, standards, and safety procedures Qualifications: • Current driver’s license and excellent driving record• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer satisfaction skills• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification• Prior work experience in the construction, maintenance, or a related industry is preferred• Skills in math, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities at a high level Compensation: $52,000 - $70,000+ yearly About Company: J.A.G. & Sons is actively involved and respected by the garage door industry.
