Responsibilities: • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory• Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services• Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM• Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred• You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience• CRM experience preferred• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle• Must have previous dump trucking or similar construction experience.• Must be familiar with construction aggregates• Experience using a CRM is preferred• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.• Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales experience required.• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.• The ability to build and maintain above-average relationships with customers to exceed any expectations they could have is a must.
