ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:Clean and maintain all carts dailyClean and maintain all porches to insure free of trash, dirt, spider webs and any other forms of debrisCollect and remove all trashAssist housekeeping team as neededPerform other duties as assignedDESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Education:High school graduate or GED preferredSkills and Abilities: Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directionAbility to communicate with other team members and guestsProactive attitude in identifying and completing tasksKnowledge of cleaning techniquesWillingness to adapt to change
