Universal Truck SALES Is a Minneapolis leading source for New and Used heavy equipment, trucks and Van/Reefer trailers. Universal Truck has a opening for Retail Sales Associate. This position will be responsible for selling all makes and models of Commercial trucks, trailers and heavy equipment. Responsibilities * Call on prospective customers accounts within assigned territory * Inside sales-making phone calls, following up with leads, taking walk ins * Outside sales calls, following up with prospective customers * Manage Universals sales and operations process to maximize sales and profitability * Establish and maintain current database of Universals long term customers and prospects * Meet sales objectives set forth by Universal management * Always learning new product knowledge related to industry technologies and ongoing manufacture training Required skills. * Knowledge in the heavy truck-equipment industry * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Good organizational and time management skills * High energy level, self-starting and highly motivated * Driver's license in good standing Benefits * Salary plus commissions and bonus incentives * On the job training * Medical, Dental and life insurance * 401K with employer match * Promotion opportunities Job type: Full time Pay 60,500-250,000 Per year.
