Responsibilities: • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business• Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion• Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Qualifications: • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken• Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus• Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities• Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Decisive and proactive in the sales process Compensation: $60,000 - $124,000 About Company: Story Real Estate is the fastest-growing, top-producing real estate team in the four counties it serves.
