Their integrated services include international ocean and air freight transportation, international courier, premium deliveries, e-Commerce and other value-adding logistics services to link North America and Europe with Asia. We are looking for a talented and driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and forge relationships with prospects from discovery to close – full cycle. Description of Roles and Responsibilities: Explore new business opportunities with potential customers and develop more from existing ones as assigned. Achieve a high win percentage of new businesses while generating hi gh GP margins for new and existing customers; and to meet / exceed new business GP goals. Review and analyze sales performances against annual sales budget / target to determine effectiveness. Prepare sales & business development plans, annual budgets, various sales-related reports, commercial proposals and presentations to internal and external customers. Collect market and industry updates and trends and share such information among internal organization. Share customer feedbacks regarding benchmarked service and rate levels.
