Responsibilities: • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met• Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met• Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up• Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on• An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients• Team and individual sales• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Database and CRM Mastery• Close sales• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Great phone presence with a closer mentality• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills• Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills• Real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Great communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
