Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.Job Overview: The Outreach Family Partner will create and facilitate family friendly events and programs to serve the follow areas in Salem County (but not limited to): Pennsville, Alloway, Elmer, and Woodstown. The ideal candidate for this role would be energetic, pleasant, enjoys meeting new people, likes to work with children and families.Key Responsibilities: * Incorporates and implements the Principles of Family Support and the Protective Factors into all aspects of their work. * Advocates for/with families as needed; increases the family's ability to problem-solve and advocate for themselves and their children. * Establishes a trusting relationship with the families.
