Hiring immediately for this position.CSG is offering a $2,000.00 Sign-On-Bonus for this position. The $2,000.00 will be paid after the successful completion of the 6-month initial evaluation period. This position offers: Starting salary (Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience): LSW - $48,000/yr. LPC & LMFT - $50,000/yr. LCSW - $53,000/yr. Full-Time (40 hrs./wk.) Monday to Friday office hours with 2 evenings per week. A hybrid schedule providing both in-person and telehealth services. Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) training to expand our PCIT team. As an Outpatient Therapist , you are responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to children and their families in an outpatient setting. In this clinical role, you will have the opportunity to: Provide treatment services to families including therapy, skills training, and education designed to enable families to care for their mentally ill or emotionally disturbed children in the home. Provide individual and family counseling services to children, adolescents, and families. Participate actively in all relevant team, supervision, and general staff meetings, to enhance the services of Community Services Group. Qualifications: Master's or doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field. Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) required. Experience or interest in working with children. Experience in outpatient psychiatric clinic preferred. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs. Have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, and meetings.
