Due to an increased demand for services, The Village Family Service Center is seeking therapists for our Grand Forks, ND office, who would like to join a strong team that is committed to empowering clients and their families. This position would have the opportunity to provide therapy services to students in local schools as well as provide therapy in the outpatient office setting.As an Outpatient Therapist you will be required to have a Master's degree in a human service field with a license (ex: LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LPCC, LP, LAMFT, LMFT), and have the ability to complete diagnostic assessments that will define the client needs, risks and strengths, while also establishing strength-based treatment plans. It is also necessary to have an accepting non-judgmental attitude, strong clinical skills with the ability to provide direct clinical services to adults, couples, families and children by following and maintaining excellent case management standards.
